The illustration features Max, our rescue dog and beloved mascot, proudly carrying a package on his back. Max represents loyalty, care, and the personal attention we bring to every shipment that comes through our doors.

Notary Public & Shipping Specialist
Marissa has been working in postal and shipping services since 2016 and serves as the Store Manager at Valley Postal Inc. With years of hands-on experience, she knows the ins and outs of every major carrier and helps keep the store running efficiently day to day.
She’s especially great at helping customers find the smartest shipping option — saving time, money, and a whole lot of guesswork.
Margaret Wong
Store Manager & Notary Public
Margaret has been working in postal services since 2022 and keeps everything running smoothly as our Assistant Manager. She’s a certified Notary Public and known for her attention to detail and calm, can-do approach.
When Margaret helps you, you can expect efficient service, clear answers, and a reassuring “you’re in good hands” feeling.
Mable Benders
Notary Public & Shipping Specialist
Mabel joined the postal service industry in 2023 and is a certified Notary Public with a warm, friendly presence. She’s detail-oriented, helpful, and always happy to walk customers through the process step by step.
Mabel makes even the most official paperwork feel a little less intimidating.
